Our goal is to provide an inclusive environment where you feel comfortable to be you, whatever that looks like for you. If you are feeling overstimulated or simply need a few moments of peace, you can request:
Complete Silence: No small talk, just the service.
No Mirror: If you’d prefer not to focus on your reflection during the process.
Using your device and headphones to get some work or life admin done, (or just tune into your favourite podcast or binge-worthy series, whatever works for you)
Bring your noise-cancelling headphones or loop earplugs
Custom Environment: Prefer your own music or a calm environment away from the main bustle? Just let us know.
